- Oven-Roasted California Sea Bass
Truffled lentil puree, cipollini onion, merlot reduction. Paired with Twomey Napa Valley Merlot.
Course Three ~
- Prime Rib of Dixon Lamb
Artichoke Barigoule, fresh Cannellini beans with rosemary & roasted garlic, minted béarnaise.
Paired with Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
