Sacramento, please join us for an evening of delicious food and wine at Il Fornaio restaurant on March 23rd. Sales Manager Nanette Tempest will be there to share a glass with you answer any questions you may have. The menu for the evening goes as follows:

Frisee greens tossed with strawberries and goat cheese
crusted in walnuts, raspberry red vinegar dressing

Fresh homemade ravioli, stuffed with roast Guinea hen and pears,
served with browned butter and sage with chanterelle mushrooms

RISOTTO CON FIORI DI ZUCCA
Carnaroli rice, saffron, baby zucchini and zucchini flowers stuffed
with a selection of northern Italian cheeses and pinenuts;
drizzled with Silver Oak Cabernet reduction
