Please join us for an evening of delicious food and fabulous wine at Jordan’s at The Claremont Resort & Spa. Executive Chef Thomas Hanson and Chef de Cuisine Hafid Chakri have created an exquisite multiple-course dinner to pair specifically with our wines. Our Regional Sales Manager Kate Stromberg will pour our 2004 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and 2003 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. You will also have the opportunity to try the 2006 Twomey Pinot Noir and 2005 Twomey Merlot.
