Duncan Family to Chair Premiere Napa Valley Wine Auction

We are delighted to announce that the Duncan family is the chair-family for the 12th Annual Premiere Napa Valley Wine Auction, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 23, 2008. This special trade-only event brings together Napa Valley’s renowned winemakers with restaurateurs, retailers and wholesalers from across the country and around the world.

This year’s auction promises to be especially exciting, with nearly 200 vintners participating. Trade representatives will have the opportunity to sample and bid on lots of wine created exclusively for this event by some of the country’s finest winemakers. Only a few cases of each wine are made, with only one bidder having the opportunity to secure each of them. These wines are truly one of a kind!

The 2007 Premiere Napa Valley Wine Auction raised over $2.16 million for the Napa Valley Vintners Association (NVV), which is the only non-profit dedicated to supporting and promoting the Napa Valley Appellation as a wine growing region second to none.
