Winemaker’s Tasting Notes

The 1973 North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon has a ruby to brick-red color with brown edges. It has a nose of plums, toffee and roasted nuts. This Cabernet has evolved, with notes of plumy fruit in the finish. Enjoy now. Due to limited supply in our library this wine was last tasted June 2004. May need decanting due to light sediment.
