Winemaker’s Tasting Notes

The 1974 North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon has a light ruby color with brick-red edges. It has a nose of hazelnuts, black cherries, strawberries, chocolate and dill. This wine has good body, and a long finish with return of red fruit character. Enjoy now. Due to limited supply in our library this wine was last tasted June 2004. May need decanting due to light sediment.
