Winemaker’s Tasting Notes

The 1975 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a ruby-red color with some browning. It has a leafy, dill, blackberry character in the nose, with an evolved finish. This wine has a light body with blackberry fruit apparent in the finish. This Cabernet is starting to peak and would be best enjoyed now. Due to limited supply in our library this wine was last tasted June 2004. May need decanting due to light sediment.
