Winemaker’s Tasting Notes

The 1976 North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon has a ruby color with brick-red edges and a nose of toasted bread, chocolate covered cherries and earthiness. It has medium body, an elegant tannic structure and a long cherry finish. Enjoy now. Due to limited supply in our library this wine was last tasted June 2004. May need decanting due to light sediment.
