The 1981 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a ruby to brick-red color. It possesses a nose of blackberry, olives, hazelnut and dill. This wine has a medium body with a long, smooth finish. This wine is starting to peak and would be best enjoyed now. Due to limited supply in our library this wine was last tasted June 2006. May need decanting due to light sediment.

Due to limited supply in our library this wine was last tasted June 2004. May need decanting due to light sediment and some bottle to bottle variation is apparent in this vintage.
