50th Anniversary Chef’s Table

Beginning May 12, first-ever Silver Oak Winery Chef Dominic Orsini and team are preparing something special to celebrate the Silver Oak 50th Anniversary. Once a month at both our Napa Valley and Alexander Valley wineries, the culinary team invites an intimate group to enjoy our 50th Anniversary Chef’s Table.

This wine and food experience ($350 per person) includes an after-hours tour of the winery and a four-course dinner. Enjoy current and library wines while watching the sun set behind the iconic Silver Oak water tower.

“We drew inspiration from this golden milestone—five decades of an iconic winemaking style,” Chef Orsini says. “I wanted the menu to showcase our wines. I’ve found that when the cuisine plays a supporting role, the wines respond by highlighting the flavors of the food.” The menu pairs local ingredients—many from on-site culinary gardens—with wines from Silver Oak, Twomey and Timeless Napa Valley.

The 50th Anniversary Chef’s Table will be held one Thursday evening each month from May to October 2022 and is limited to 24 guest per night. Reservations are sold out for our Napa Valley location but can be made via Tock for our Alexander Valley location.
