Select Your Wine Bottle
You can personalize our Alexander Valley or Napa Valley current release bottles, as well as available library wines.
You can etch a standard 750ml bottle or available large formats, including 1.5L, 3L and 6L.
We’ll help you select the right one.
Create Your Design
After you’ve selected your bottle, we’ll walk you through the artwork design process. You have three etching options to choose from:
- Personal message: Select from several font options to etch your special message.
- Camera-ready artwork: Have a logo or design that’s ready to go? Great! Send it to us as an Adobe Illustrator vector file (.ai), and we’ll get started. This is a great option for corporate gifting.
- Photo Inlay: A fan-favorite to commemorate a special occasion, this option features a unique process that frames a memorable photo on a bottle of Silver Oak. Send us the image file, at least 1MB in size, and we’ll take it from there.
Once we have all of these details, we’ll email you a digital proof of your artwork for your final approval. Then the etching can begin!
The Fine Print
After artwork approval, personalized bottle etching takes an average of three to four weeks to complete.
There is a standard one-time set up fee of $100, regardless of order quantity.
For etching, there is a minimum etching cost of $25 per 750ml bottle with one color. Additional charges apply for large bottle sizes and additional colors.
For Photo Inlay, there is a minimum $135 set-up fee. Minimum etching charge is $50 per 750ml bottle. Additional charges may apply.
Camera-Ready Artwork must be in Adobe Illustrator vector file format (.ai).
PMS color codes are required for color etching.
