The 2011 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a pretty ruby red color. This wine is driven by savory aromatic characteristics like carnation, licorice, fennel and sage. It is quite fresh and fragrant—a vintage defined by its elegance. It is refreshing and inviting with moderate body and length. The tannins towards the finish are youthful and chalky.
