Chef Preeti Mistry brings bold California sensibility to the Silver Oak table. A James Beard–nominated and James Beard Media Award-winning chef, author and cultural voice, Chef Preeti is known for seasonal, sustainable cooking that surprises without losing its sense of place. Their work has been featured on CNN’s Parts Unknown with Anthony Bourdain and Waffles + Mochi on Netflix, as well as in The New York Times, Food & Wine, Bon Appétit and Vogue India.
At Silver Oak, Preeti leads a culinary program that deepens the connection between wine and food through rotating seasonal menus, inventive pairings, and close relationships with Northern California purveyors—all from our LEED Platinum-certified wineries in Oakville and Healdsburg.
