James Beard Award-winning Chef Preeti Mistry brings a bold, ingredient-driven approach to Silver Oak's culinary program, creating seasonal dishes that celebrate the connection between exceptional food and wine. Drawing inspiration from Northern California's farms and producers, Preeti crafts inventive pairings that highlight the character of each vintage while showcasing the region's vibrant flavors. For Alexander Valley Release Day, guests can enjoy Preeti's artisanal wood-fired pizzas, prepared fresh throughout the afternoon and paired alongside the highly anticipated release.

Chefs and co-owners Stephanie Reagor and Emma Lipp are the culinary force behind Sonoma's acclaimed Valley Bar + Bottle and Valley Swim Club. Known for their ingredient-driven cuisine, thoughtful hospitality, and deep commitment to local agriculture, the duo has helped establish Valley Bar + Bottle as one of California's most celebrated dining destinations. In 2026, they earned Sonoma County's only James Beard Award semifinalist nomination, recognizing their innovative approach to seasonal cooking and community-centered hospitality.

Chef-owner Fernay McPherson brings the rich traditions of Southern cuisine to life through Minnie Bell's Soul Movement, inspired by her roots in San Francisco's historic Fillmore District. Her heartfelt, home-style cooking has earned national acclaim, with Minnie Bell's recognized among The San Francisco Chronicle's Top 100 Restaurants, Eater SF's Essential 38, and named Best New Restaurant by The San Francisco Chronicle, The Los Angeles Times, and The New York Times.
