The 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet opens with blueberry, licorice, fresh florals and a cool hint of wintergreen, gliding into dark fruit and silky tannins with a long finish—framed by subtle baking spice and toasted coconut from 100% American oak barrels. 

The equivalent to (8) 750ml bottles, each 6L is beautifully and safely encased our classic wood box.

About the Vintage

The 2021 season marked a return to balance, producing wines of exceptional quality. Low rainfall and a cool spring slowed vine growth and led to a measured ripening period delivering beautifully concentrated, expressive wines. Meticulous care made for ideal berry maturation, creating wines of remarkable depth, complexity and concentration.

Blending and Aging

After blending in early 2022, our 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon was transferred to American oak barrels from our cooperage, The Oak, where it aged for 24 months. Blending before barrel aging—a signature of our winemaking style—allows blends to be based on the inherent qualities of their vineyard components before oak influence. Vintage to vintage, the resulting Cabernets emerge integrated and ready to drink upon release.
